Terms of service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms govern the use of Menudetto, the service that lets you create and publish your venue's menu through an assistant. By registering you accept them. The Italian version is the governing text.
1. The service
Menudetto provides tools to create, translate and publish menus (public QR page and print). The service is in beta: features may change and it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of continuous availability.
2. Responsibility for content
The menu is yours: you are solely responsible for the published content (names, prices, descriptions) and in particular for the CORRECTNESS of allergen information (EU Reg. 1169/2011). The assistant PROPOSES allergens from the ingredients, but confirmation is always yours alone: proposals do not replace your professional judgement.
Automatic translations are an aid: verify them before relying on them for critical information.
3. Account
Keep your credentials safe; actions performed from your account are attributable to you. You can delete the account at any time from Settings: published menus and QR codes stop working immediately.
4. Fair use
Using the service for unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing content, or attempting to bypass technical or security limits, is prohibited. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Service owner: Mattia Mellone. Contact: privacy@menudetto.it.
