The menu you manage by talking

«Take the burrata off tonight.» Done: Menudetto updates the menu, the printable sheet and the QR page. All at once.

Three moments

The three things that happen — and that nobody shows you first.

Not features: moments. The three points where a menu stops being a job and becomes something you fix while walking between tables.

01

You speak, and the change comes back written

Say it the way you'd say it to a waiter. The assistant hands back what it would change — before and after, line by line — and you're the one who presses Confirm.

Nothing goes live on its own. That's why you can dictate mid-service without checking twice: the check is already in the step.

Put the pasta dishes up by a euro.

That moves six dishes from 9.00 to 10.00. Confirm?

02

“We're out of the gricia” — and the table already knows

One tap, or your voice. From that moment nobody scanning the QR code sees the dish, and tomorrow it comes back the same way.

Anyone on the floor can do it: a staff member has exactly this permission and nothing else — not prices, not the menu.

  • Amatriciana12,00
  • Cacio e pepe12,00
03

You print the QR code once

Change a price, drop a dish, rewrite the descriptions: the code on the table stays identical. Only what it shows changes.

That's why publishing isn't a big decision. You're not choosing a final menu: you're switching on a page.

Same code, every version

Laminated once. The menu underneath changes as often as you like.

How it works

  1. 01

Tell me where your place is

A photo of your paper menu: I extract dishes and prices. From your website I take the logo and brand colours.

  2. 02

    You talk, I update

"Raise the first courses by one euro", "the gricia is sold out": every change comes with a preview you confirm.

  3. 03

    Print and QR always aligned

A menu ready to print or save as PDF, and a QR page that updates in real time. One source, no stale copies around.

What it does for you

Allergens done right

I suggest the 14 EU allergens from the ingredients, you confirm. Regulation 1169/2011 without filling tables by hand.

Menus in 33 languages

Cultural translations, not literal ones: your dishes told well at every table, from tourists to regulars.

Sold out in one tap

Dish finished? Say it into the mic: the QR page updates right away and the dish comes back when you want.

Your brand, not a template

Logo and palette extracted from your website. The result looks like your trusted designer made it.

Frequently asked questions

What is Menudetto and how does it work?
Menudetto is an assistant that builds and updates your restaurant menu for you. You describe your dishes in chat, say them out loud or send a photo of your printed menu, and it turns them into a digital menu your guests open by scanning a QR code. Every change you confirm goes live on that same page.
How much does Menudetto cost?
There is a Free plan to build and publish your menu. The Pro plan costs €19 per month, VAT included. The first 20 restaurateurs who join get one year of Pro free, with no credit card required.
How does allergen detection work?
The AI reads your dishes and ingredients and flags the 14 allergens listed in EU Regulation 1169/2011. Nothing is published automatically: you review and confirm every suggestion before it appears on the menu. The final word always stays with you.
How many languages is the menu translated into?
Thirty-three, from English to Japanese. The guest scans the QR and reads the menu in their own language on the same page — you write the dish once. The app you manage the menu with is a different thing: that one speaks six languages, English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code at the table and the menu opens as a normal web page in their browser. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Can I create the menu from a photo of my paper menu?
Yes. Take a photo of your printed menu and Menudetto extracts the dishes and prices to build the digital version. You then adjust whatever you like by chat or voice.
How do I mark a dish as sold out during service?
Say it out loud — “the sea bass is finished” — or tap the dish once. The QR page updates online right away, and when the dish is back you re-enable it the same way.
