Free tool
Free QR code generator, no strings attached
Paste a link — your menu, your website, your socials — and download the code as PNG or SVG. No account, no watermark, no trial that runs out: the link is written into the code itself, so every scan goes straight to your page, never through us. It's made right here in your browser, and what you type stays on your device.
Your QR code
A web address, some text, a phone number — anything you want the QR to open.
Bigger sizes print sharper. The SVG stays crisp at any size.
On a white background, so the code always scans.

Frequently asked questions
Is this QR code generator really free?
Yes, with no catch. Make and download as many codes as you like, as PNG or SVG: no signup, no watermark, no trial and no limit on scans.
Do the QR codes ever expire?
No. The link is written into the code itself and never passes through a server of ours, so there is nothing we could switch off: the code works for as long as the page it points to stays online.
Should I download PNG or SVG?
Use the PNG, up to 1,024 px, for quick sharing and small prints. Use the SVG when you need to scale the code up for a poster or a menu board: it's a vector, so it stays sharp at any size.
Can I point the QR at my restaurant menu?
Absolutely — that's what it's built for. Paste your menu link and print the code. With a Menudetto digital menu the QR link is created at the first publish and never changes after that, so you update dishes and prices while the printed code keeps working.
Do you see or count who scans my code?
No. A scan goes from the phone straight to the address inside the code, without passing through Menudetto, so we can neither see it nor count it. Scan statistics need a dynamic code, which sends every scan through a redirect service first.
Can I change where the code points after printing it?
Not with this one: it's a static code, so the address is part of the pattern itself. Point it at a page whose address doesn't change and update that page instead. That's how a Menudetto menu works: the QR stays the same even when you change the dishes.
